Nancy Campbell, MBA, SHRM-SCP

Nancy Campbell is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience leading HR operations, talent management, and employee relations across diverse industries including life sciences, financial services, and professional services.

Throughout her 15+ year career, she has partnered with leadership teams to cultivate high-performing, people-centered cultures, streamline HR processes through automation, and deliver management development training that equips leaders to thrive. Her work has included revamping performance management systems, launching mentorship programs, and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that make workplaces more inclusive and engaging.

Nancy founded People First Partners to help growing and emerging companies build HR processes and practices that prioritize employees’ well-being and productivity.
